1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using furnitureshow.site (the "Site") or purchasing from FurnitureShow LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & pricing
We work hard to display products, colors, and prices accurately. All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Product images on the Site are provided for illustration; slight variations from piece to piece (especially in natural wood grain and fabric dye lots) are normal. We may correct pricing errors and may limit order quantities; if we must cancel an order due to an error, we will refund you in full.
3. Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we ship your items and send a shipping confirmation. Payment is captured at checkout through Stripe, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Financing options, where offered, are subject to credit approval by our financing partner.
4. Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous United States; delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details, including white-glove delivery.

6. Warranties
Products carry the limited warranties stated on their product pages, which range from 2 to 10 years. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurnitureShow LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including our original product illustrations, logos, text, and design — is the property of FurnitureShow LLC and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your state's consumer protection laws.
