1. Who we are
FurnitureShow LLC ("FurnitureShow," "we," "us") operates furnitureshow.site and sells furniture to customers in the United States. Our registered office is 1420 Harvest Lane, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78701. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@furnitureshow.site.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, and payment details when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and items viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Shopping cart contents: stored locally in your browser so your cart is waiting when you return.
3. How we use your information
- To process, ship, and deliver your orders, and to provide delivery updates
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- To send order confirmations, receipts, and (with your consent) marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To improve our website, products, and services through aggregated analytics
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
4. Legal bases (for California and other state laws)
We process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), based on our legitimate interests (improving our store and preventing fraud), with your consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and to comply with legal obligations. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA as described below.
5. How we share information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, and white-glove delivery partners), email delivery providers, and website hosting — each under strict confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.
6. Your rights
- All US residents: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. - Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other state residents: similar rights apply; submit requests the same way and we will honor them in accordance with your state's law.
7. Data retention & security
We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor warranties, and meet tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years), then securely delete them. We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit and access controls.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email or a site notice.
